Can someone please tell me how am i suppose to explain to my friends that i cant control my mood and things all the time.. I felt so attacked when they sat there and told me that i'm using excuses for not being the person that i "should be " and yet all i could do was cry.. If you could see how far i have come then maybe where i haven't gone wouldnt be an issue.. I honestly hate this life i hate being misunderstood and to be yelled at.. Why ;'(
How do you explain the fact we cant control everything to our friends especially when they dont want to hear it

I have explained by telling people I am going through some really personal pain and need time to process it, and that processing it includes allowing myself to feel the eomotions. Then I ask them to just try to bear with me during this time when my moods may not always be what I and they wish they would be. It has helped a little. Then pick people to be with who validate you and make you glad you were with them. Some day you will have the opportunity to do the same for others.

Yeah unfortunately this is a really difficult situation but i think stephanie gave the best solution. Unfortunately i just closed down all my emotions and then again have done the wrong thing because im accused for showing no emotions at all. Unfortunately when we are diffeent to everyone else we are in a no win situation. So try stephanie's ideas or others that respond and see if they work.

The truly sad truth is, you can't always get your perspective across to other people, sometimes especially those who are closest to you. But the good news is, as you grow you naturally tend to "shed" relationships, even with family sometimes, and connect with new friends who are also going your way. I believe it is true, we all tend to attract the people in our lives who are doing the same thing we are. And that includes healthy, constructive, growing ones as well as the opposite. I am also in one of those places in my life where things are changing significantly. I am scared but also hopefull and a little bit excited to see where the next chapter in my life leads me; and who is going to be included in it.

Thank you guys for your advise I appreciate it.. For the most part they know my pain and what I've gone through but I feel like I'm am unable to be human around them.. I got yelled at for crying while they was trying at me .. Do I not have a right to be angry our mad after they hurt me... Do I always have to wear a fake smile around everyone? I'll never be able to be me around people I will always be forced to wear a smile while I hurt inside :-/

Yes I agree, you have a right to be human and be accepted for who you are, but mutual acceptance is hard to find. I try hard to accept others but I don't feel accepted or understood.
