Multiple Personalities Support Group
Dissociative identity disorder is a diagnosis described as the existence in an individual of two or more distinct identities or personalities, each with its own pattern of perceiving and interacting with the environment. At least two of these personalities are considered to routinely take control of the individual's behavior, and there is also some associated memory loss,...
I do hope that you TRY the advice that I offered. IF the dissociation works best for you to help you get through...then perhaps allow it to. But only if you have to. We can't stop it from coming on sometimes...so, I think that we should just accept that it happens. Don't try to figure it out right now...wait until you're able to reflect or something to try and figure things out. Cause if your alters have talked to you before about these issues or things they've gone through...there's a likely chance that they'll do it again. Just give them time to cope and a chance to explain.
maybe ask t for a break til u feel better?
