I'm guessing Sam is concerned about protecting you all from harm? It can be difficult sometimes to find the appropriate balance between caution and freedoms. Not an easy thing i t think?
I dunno about how things are between you and Jack, but please try to resist the urge to self harm? I've been told it can become a strong compulsion if you give in to it.
