*triggger* when i was a kid i choked in front of parents and they watched and did nothing while i struggled and finally stopped choking by saving myself. parents didn't care they just went on with dinner. for a year or so after that my body wouldnt eat solids.
other parts have other food issues.
Add onto that the fact that my parents are both extremely obese, and can barely find clothes to wear, the fact I'm borderline anorexic is hardly a surprise.
I also have days where I have no actual desire to eat, and won't even notice I haven't unless someone points it out to me.
Since I've been in therapy and working on my abuse issues the emotional eating has improved except before bed, but it is becoming harder to force myself to eat other meals. Since my last therapy session, even the emotional eating at night has improved. Now I have to worry about low blood sugar.
I have never written or told anybody about that, ever. It kind of frustrates me that I still don't eat during the day. And regardless of whether or not I'm hungry I just keep on eating at night.
