My friend reads and takes close notice of her little one's chats with me. And in a strange way we've come to share a real fondness for her, watching her progress. But none the less, at times my friend seems not entirely comfortable with having her - though it's only been about 5 month since the little one first allowed me to know of her, so perhaps this is a factor?
is this how it was for you in the early days of your awareness of Ivy? If it was - how long did comfortable acceptance take to arrive?
Do you have any advice i could pass onto my friend if the opportunity ever arrives?
K2Sharpe, I wonder if you have met your friend's recorder or memory trace personality, as you described she knows your friend better than she knows herself.
As for personalities that talk others out of suicide as Wheezie mentioned; an ISH will serve as a mediator, but your protector will come in as an alternating force to protect and try to keep you safe. CrazyEmma, it sounds like you may have met one of your inner self healers, embrace that sweetie. If she knows your entire history and the bits you don't she may be your recorder.
