I hope your night turned out okay.
Night times are hard for many of us. For me, I've always been able to put off most triggers during the day, only to experience them as flashbacks at bedtime. That's good in that they usually don't cause me problems during the day, but going to bed can be worrisome when I know there's a good chance that the feelings I avoided during the day will be there waiting.
Things that help me be calm going to bed and able to fall asleep easier are: no caffeine, alcohol, (cigarettes if you smoke), or heavy food within a couple hours of bedtime. Also no exercise within two hours of bed. I do watch tv before bed, but only G-rated stuff.
If you have alts that like to be out and about at night, maybe you'd all find it helpful to set up some ground rules so that everyone will be safe and will feel safe, even if they know someone else is using the body. Maybe one rule is that everyone stays in the house after 10 pm, or they're only allowed to do, eat, drink certain things. As long as you work on rules as a team with "what's best for our whole system" as the goal, hopefully it will help.
I hope tonight is a good (and safe) one.
