Out of 5 responses, 3 listed Purple and anneccleaver listed Violet (which i'm prepared to consider as close enough in the spectrum). Only Fickle didn't list Purple or variant. I suspect she's one of a kind (in the best possible way). The reason i'm responding finally is that today i checked in on the Littles group and read a thread where several list purple as a favourite colour.
Does anyone have any idea why Purple should be such a favourite with Multiples? I'd be interested to hear your thoughts

I liked purple, too, but since it became a symbol for gay people, which I'm not, I decided it wasn' one of my favorites anymore. But I don't like that. I want to be able to wear purple if I want to without everyone thinking I am gay. And the same for rainbows. And blue for boy and pink for girls. Why in the heck do we allow others to control our thought and feeling about different colors?
Why I think purple might be a common fav. among mutiples ~ I really have no idea. Generaly, in theater, purple is a color of royalty. If I remember correctly, purple is a universal color among gays, so that may be a way of representing everyone in that community if there is one insidel
I can only guess though.
