Have you considered, therapy? I hope this helps some.
So, I sympathize....although I know not all Foster parents are like the ones I've met, been friends with, been involved with, (even two of my own children liked the one they were placed with for a short time)...I also know that there are plenty of them that have a LOT of room for improvement.
