Now, I am not trying to say I think none of this could possibly happen, but that there could be other reasons as well...for instance, different colors of clothes that you're wearing can bring out different hues of your eye color and make your eye color appear to be different. But there is some credence to the possibility of there also being an actual color change with different alters, or other kinds of changes. After knowing what goes on inside my whirlpool brain, I know anything's possible!!
Personally, I've felt punched in the ribs before -- but from the inside. Once I fell into a hypnotic trance while talking with a lay counselor. I opened up a lot to her, I think merely because she did NOT keep any written records. She did the counseling as a ministry. And she was quite good at it. But of course, it would be my luck that she stopped doing her counseling ministry and went on to doing something else a few months after I started working with her. But I was with her long enough to get a good peek inside of myself without having to worry about what was actually being written in a record. I think that in itself is a big deterrant for some people in regards to getting help. And it's well warranted, too, I think.
I've had doctors notice huge changes in blood pressure readings.I've had them notice huge changes in blood sugar readings too.
Also I was tested by a disability doctor for intelligence levels(IQ) i think and the disability dr said it was below average...when my psych dr saw his results,he said " this doesnt make any sense to me,i'm sure you have above normal IQ" At this time i did not have any dissociative diagnosis. But he was pondering the changes.
So yes,i think there can definitely be physical and also mental changes with different alters.
