I've been confused a lot lately. I also have been diagnosed with 2 new conditions so I haven't posted too much lately, at least I don't think I have. I have now been diagnosed with Bipolar 2 and Gastritis. The bipolar meds are really helping and I feel a lot more stable, at least the host part has. I've been in the hospital with the Gastritis which has been caused by stress. This has also caused me to switch a lot with memory losses. I saw my therapist today and told her that I didn't remember seeing her last week. I can't say enough good things about her, she really understands. She knows when I've switched even when I don't, so she was able to explain what happened last week. Most of the time when I switch lately, I don't know it, but when I switch back to the host I can feel the difference.
Anyway, now I have a whole new round of doctor appointments, Gastric doctor tomorrow, pdoc Wednesday morning, primary Wednesday afternoon and cardiologist in 2 weeks. I'm glad my daughter-in-law keeps tract of all my appointments or I would miss a lot of them. It's been really hard to work lately, between being physically ill and switching so much. My job requires a lot of concentration. I'm seriously thinking a lot about going on disability and I have disability insurance. I will be 63 next month and my disability insurance will give me my full salary until I'm 66. I'm rambling.

Are you diabetic? Gastritis could also be caused by some meds and doctors don't always think of that, or could be some bugs in there too.
I'm glad you have a good therapist and that there is progress being made.
I don't think you were 'rambling' and it wasn't 'venting' either. I think you were using us as a sounding board and that is one of the reasons we are here. :) thanks for sharing.
