When this happens we die every time too. sorry not something u want to hear I know. but I really dont know what to do about it. It comes so sudden, sometimes for nothing other times not in proportion. I just dont know what to do. Sometimes I buy little snacks. Or something that catches my eye. Sometimes I take a long shower. Sometimes I watch tv series or movies all day or when I have energy I play games. Anything to keep me busy and distracted and protected. Now that I think about it, I think it's a combination of those things I do. It's not like I will be fine again but it makes things a little more bearable.
