Enjoy the quiet time, my friend. I guess that's how singletons feel all the time.
Annie's on to something, though. Maybe they're working on carefully showing you a memory related to eating, trying to bring your attention to eating without coming right out and showing you the memory. Our alts are good like that... They only show us as much as we are ready for, and they help us prepare beforehand and support us afterward. Multiples are lucky people that way.

Another thing, I like cheese, but I've been craving it NONSTOP! Like my mom had to go to two stores before she found the right sharp cheddar cheese. So I have a jar of spreadable cheese in my room because I'm constantly craving it.
I'm scared, and confused.
I hope it turns out well, and that they're all just taking a break and giving you a rest from the work of healing. Sometimes we need that rest, and they seem to know it. I don't visualize healing as a straight line. Rather, I see it as a curly-cue. We go forward a bit, then circle around, coast for a little, move forward, then circle back again, and so on. Once I realized that, the circling backward and coasting parts didn't worry me so much. Hope that helps.
Hugs,
Wistala
