Hi Guys,

Just wanted to remind everyone about the copay assistance program. Thier fiscal year started July 1st and now is the time to register or re-register. The income limits is pretty high and you can get up to 10K to assist with bills. There's also a separate form for a one-time payment of $150 that your doctor should be aware of. Let's get that paperwork going and get this funding that's out there for us.

Hi Nancy, you are right. I found out yesterday at the doc's office. For the larger one, the income levels are 500 times the poverty level. So, please apply.

Copied and pasted the income levels. The 1st number gives you the number of people in household. The 2nd number give you the poverty levels, the 3rd number give you the income max income levels, which is 500%.

Ex. 1 person in household can't make above
$54,450 per year.

Do the funds typically go fast with this program? I thought it was an early bird gets the worm type of thing : )

Hi Ed,

I hope all is well. I think that there's an excellent chance that funding is still available. Last year, I didn't apply until mid-way through the program and still got all of the funding (up to 10K). I just got around to getting all of my paperwork submitted this year as well and still got approved for up to the full 10K, it I need it. So, please apply. It reimburse you for your copayments for healthcare insurance too.
