The least expensive approach is crushed, raw garlic baths. Google search the following to find out as much info as possible: Bob Anderson + garlic baths. Here's Google hits: https://www.google.com/search?source=hp&ei=0RxhW6PNKouGsQWNlIRg&q=bob+anderson+garlic+baths&oq=bob+anderson+garlic+baths&gs_l=psy-ab.3...1466.10148.0.10315.25.21.0.4.4.0.430.2596.12j7j1j0j1.21.0....0...1c.1.64.psy-ab..0.20.2194...0j0i131k1j0i22i30k1.0.iUTKFy9zYK4
Antibiotics are not a cure for MRSA..at best they may work temporarily. However, antibiotics are damaging to good gut flora which is crucial to the immune system. Start ingesting probiotic food and drinks on a daily basis such as kefir water, kefir milk, kombucha, kimchi, naturally fermented sauerkraut (easy to make at home), probiotic pills, etc..
Diet: eliminate processed sugars and carbs, eat organic dark greens, meats that are not raised on antibiotics.
Essential oils: add them to an air diffuser to boost immune system and household bacteria. Thieves blend, tea tree, eucalyptus, lemongrass, lavender and many more. Adding essential oils to bath water, body-wash, hand soaps helps. Can use tea tree oil + olive oil to swab (Q-tip) nostrils to kill MRSA on nares (nasal hairs).
Wash your hands often with non-antibacterial soap in the same manner a surgeon does: https://visihow.com/Wash_Your_Hands_Like_a_Doctor. Sneezing and blowing nose can cause MRSA to spread if the nasal hairs are colonized with MRSA so use tissues, discard them immediately and wash hands immediately before touching anyone (including yourself) or any object.
Use a product that contains borax for laundry... 20 Mule Team is one such brand. Use 1/2 cup along with regular laundry detergent (preferably hypoallergenic). Fully dry your clothes in the dryer..heat helps kill bacteria.
Use 10 parts water to 1 part bleach to disinfect showers/bathtubs, sinks, tile floor, walls. Allow bleach mixture to sit on surfaces for ten minutes before rinsing off with water.
