Staph infections are infections caused by the bacteria Staphylococcus. They include skin infections, pneumonia, blood poisoning, toxic shock syndrome, and food poisoning. Infection can happen through contact, especially if you have open wounds. Most infections are treatable with antibiotics. If you have been infected with staph, join the group for support and advice.
My dad had MRSA following elbow surgery. He went into rehab for 4 months to treat it. He developed a blood clot in rehab. Now he is home and on Coumadin. He is experiencing dizziness with unknown origin. He has been to every doc with no luck. Anyone here experience dizziness as a result of MRSA?
Also have they checked his blood to make sure it is not low which can cause it.
I don't think the MRSA itself is causing it. I think it has an under lying cause.
