Hi Everyone, just wanted to check in and say hello, it's been a while since I was on here. I keep up with everyone's posts when I can. Hard to believe I have just reached the 2& 1/2 year mark since Mum died, it feel's shocking that it's been that long. I have to say that while things are a bit easier, life is still pretty tough. I don't fall into the grief and despair as frequently as I used to, but when I do, it feels just as overwhelming. I thought (hoped) that after this much time things would be a lot easier. My children are an incredible blessing and there isn't a day that passes that I am not filled with gratitude for all the love and blessings that remain in my life. At the same time everyday my beautiful daughter does something new and amazing, and I see this amazing little person unfold, it breaks my heart to remember that Mum never saw her, and will never know her - it's still so hard for me to accept. Anyway, I think about everyone on here all the time, and it gives me strength to know that you are all out there living your lives as well, doing the nest you can, with this immense heartache. Miss you Mum sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much xxx
