Motherless Daughters Community Group
For any daughter who has lost their mother, whether through Death (if it's been one day ago or 40 years ago) or Abandonment, (i.e.-drug abuse, mental illness, physical or emotional abuse, etc.) and is working through the grief process. This group provides unconditional support and understanding from women who have also lost their Moms and who truly care.
One lady's phone was actually not working, the workers were working outside on her phone line when the phone actually rang, she answered it and it was the sounds of her father's voice who had passed! then the phone went dead, she then went outside and asked if the phone lines were working but the workers told her not for another 2 days!

Love ya!
A couple of days after her death, I went to the assisted living, to hand out funeral cards to the people who couldn't come to her wake & went to see one of her friends who had been ill & didn't know my mom died, so I went to tell her, the staff said that she didn't know, yet. I told her & she told me it was impossible, b/c she went outside to get some air, b/c she was feeling better & saw my mother sitting in one of the rocking chairs on the porch & that my mom didn't even bother saying, "hi", lol. What was strange too, is that she pointed to the chair, my mom would sit in when we'd visit & this woman never sat out there with us, she'd always go to the porch in the back. Also, on my mom's birthday, I wondered if she was safe & happy & prayed to God to let me know & all of a sudden "Sweet Caroline" came on the radio. That was a song I've always associated with my mom. Her name was Caroline & I used to tell my friends, when I was little, Neil Diamond wrote that song for my mother, lol.
