I do every time I shower. I have been reading everything I can. My best estimate is that it's something like a biofilm emitted from whatever is infecting us. I dunno if it's mold, fungus or what. But I never had any issues until I moved into this new house with black mold. I feel short of breath and have terrible migraines. I tell the drs none of the "crazy" stuff yet I still got labeled crazy. I have started keeping a spray bottle of peroxide it seems to break it up. Also I mix baking soda in with antifungal soaps and shampoos. Soak with epsom salt. Either Himalayan or the activated charcoal. Every few times I add apple cider vinegar. It seems to be helping. My face doesn't appear as distorted, and my hair is back to almost normal looking. Still feels weird tho. I have no clue what this is I do know I'm not delusional tho.

Almost forgot staylic acid from aspirin helps a lot. I take 2 twice a day and make a paste of the aspirin crushed up mixed with coconut oil. I think it helps kill whatever the hell it is.

For me I’ll shower and then I come out and I have a little black dots all over me so I hop in the shower again and I’ll shake my towel out and they’re all over the tub and I’ll shake my clothes out and spray it with bug spray I’ll shake them out I’ll put them on and then I’ll feel something bite me and so I’ll take it off shake it off again and I’ll scratch myself yesterday there was actually a real bug on my shin and I said ouch and I looked and it bit me and it was full of blood and my kids saw it and I flicked it and finally was like a-ha see I’m not crazy. I’ve been to the hospital six times in the last week this is all new to me maybe a month since the itching but I’ve had symptoms for months and months but then all of a sudden the itching and scratching and the bugs and the not sleeping and everything. I use a lint roller on my back and front including breast, after using a lice comb in my hair (sometimes a dog tick comb) . Then, I take a bath.
After taking the bath, I use the lint roller again..... and I catch things. To be honest, I don't know what these things are ....
After, I clean my back and anterior part of my body; I use a moisturizer mixed with an antibiotic lotion.
This homemade treatment helped me a lot. My back looks almost normal.
No more, blister, lesions, etc are gone.
I still have problems in my hair. and I welcome suggestions
