Hi Larr619, My name is Verona and I live in South Africa. When we were infested with collembolla (springtails) in Nov. 2012 I had very little knowledge, but now I think I can help you. We have come a long way and are much better. We were sponsored by a local company and sprayed our home with permithrin every 2 weeks to first get rid of the springtails. We also got rid of carton boxes and replaced it with plastic containers. Only then did things improve.
Anyway, at the moment I am struggling to stop myself from going bald on top. One of the ways to calm down your scalp is to mix 1 teaspoon of coconut oil with 1 teaspoon of moringa oil and 1 teaspoon of black cumin seed oil. Massage into your scalp and hair. I don't know if this will help if you are in the early stages of Morgellons infestation, but it is worth trying.
We have also found a way to get to stuff out of our skins, especially the facial area. We mix 2/3 of magnesium oil with 1/3 of colloidal silver and spray it on our skins. It opens up the pores. Then we cover our faces with Aloe Ferox clear gel (Aloe Vera should also work) and massage our skins. You will be amazed at the stuff exiting your skin. We carry on adding layer after layer of magnesium oil and aloe ferox gel, rubbing out the stuff. Sometimes it keeps me busy for an hour or more and I end up with a very red face. We calm the skin down with colloidal silver gel.

To get rid of stuff all over your body, do the following: In a bath full of warm water add the following: 1 cup of bicarbonate of soda, 1 tablespoon of magnesium chloride crystals, 2 teaspoons of citric acid, half a cup of pink himalayan salt and 2 drops of oregano essential oil. After soaking in the water for about 15 minutes, scrape the stuff out of your skin with your nails. The longer you soak, the more the stuff will come out of your skin. Take a short shower after you get out of the bath to get rid of anything on your skin.

In the beginning I used equal amounts of magnesium chloride crystals and filter water to make my own magnesium spray. I sprayed it on my scalp and rubbed in the aloe ferox gel to get rid of the stuff in my scalp. Please feel free to contact me for more help. Try using 20 volume peroxide at the beauty supply store mixed with head and shoulder shampoo and a lice comb. I left it on for about 20 minutes. The peroxide might lighten your hair a bit. But who cares about that!

I used straight peppermint castille soap and let it sit a few minutes before washing normally and haven't had it on my scalp since. the rest of me is another thing but that was a massive victory in my battle.
