I recommend treating them like you would chicken pox. Do not touch them or pick at them. Keep the area covered. Do not reuse your towel. See a dermatologist.
I found that the blistering beetle serum used by the doctor rather than the liquid nitrogen worked better--leave that stuff on til it blister good. Then just leave it alone until the blisters pop. Probably easier for me because it was all on my torso/breasts.
