This community is dedicated to those who have experienced the traumatizing event of a miscarriage or a stillbirth. Miscarriage remains one of the most common complication of pregnancy, but that doesn't make it easy to deal with. Join the group and find support in the company of others who know what you're going through.
Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Easter. I don't know if the holidays have been hard on everyone like it has for me. Our babies will be with us today like they are everyday. I just wish my little one could really be here with me. I have her candle lit for her. That brings me some comfort.

It's difficult for us here, too. No family around and DH's kids are back home in VA... So we're missing all of our children today...
Hope your Easter was bearable, though.
When I was pg, I used to imagine what our lives would be like a year from whatever day it was - how different and special it would be to have our first baby there to share the day with us. I still do that, only now I think about how sad it will be that our baby won't be there.
I knew holidays would be tough for me, but I wasn't expecting it to be as hard as this last one was. I spent the day at the IL's pretending everything was fine. I was dying inside and couldn't wait to leave. I certainly hope it gets easier from here on out...
