I hope that you will be able to conceive soon and you will have a healthy pregnancy and perfect baby. At this point, I know it's hard, but don't think that it won't happen. Focus on the hope that you did get pregnant once, you most likely will again and there's no reason this baby won't be perfectly healthy. Keep hoping, and holding on.
I don't know if you're a person of faith, but I also hold on to the hope that I will see my precious angel again in Heaven someday.
I find that I'll go so far, feel ok-ish (DP measures it by me 'not crying for a while') and wonder if I'm finally FINALLY on the other side from this.
Then crash again.
For what should have been my pregnancy, I knew exactly how far along I should have been, although I knew I 'shouldn't' think like that. Other people having their babies were big triggers - I haven't been able to send newborn gifts yet. Buying congratulation cards made me a basket case (recommendation, stock up on a load of boy and girl ones on a 'good' day, or get someone to do it for you). At the moment I'm stuck on 'a year ago, this cycle I concieved'
I feel that I have got as far as I can, and another pregnancy is where I need to be heading. I honestly don;t think I can change or 'get better' from where I am now, I need to deal with whatever is left with carrying a pregnancy full-term, as I have a nigglyfeeling that a lot of worry is going to be in the first half of the pregnancy.
Unfortunately I don;t think that just getting utd is as straightforward for me and am waiting for gynae specialist involvement. Its a HUGE source of frustration, as I KNOW what I need to do to feel better, but have been told to not ttc until they ok me (which I think will be at least another 3-4 months).
Having some goal IS key, as you feel. Drifting aimlessly in whatever direction isn't fulfilling and feels stagnant. Can you see your walking in circles as being a spiral staircase - it looks like the same scenery, but you ARE actually a bit further on, probably just won't see it till you reach the top?
