I'm sorry if this is TMI.......
It has been over 4 weeks now since I learned that my second angel was not growing. 3 weeks since I took the medication to make everything pass on its own. Almost 2 weeks ago saw my doctor who assured me everything had passed and it was "empty!" :-( the bleeding has stopped for the most part. Been spotting for a week or so. So, today I just passed a golf ball size of tissue. I don't know why!! I've been having cramping the last couple days but never expected this!! I'm cramping a lil but not having heavy bleeding. I'm in such a bad place emotionally with the due date for my first angel on wed. This make it so hard to try and be happy. I was jut wondering if any of you had this happen to you?? I'll be emailing my doctor but won't get an answer now until monday. Thanks ladies! Again, sorry if its TMI.

I'm so sorry you're experiencing that! I really have no medical advice on that but I do think you should contact your doctor. It's probably not an emergency if you aren't in pain or bleeding heavily. Does your doctor have an emergency/after hours phone number? Sometimes if you call the regular line out of regular hours, the call is redirected to a nurse on call?

Did they do a scan when they said you were good?

I commiserate completely - "what is my body doing?!" It's been almost 5 weeks since I lost my girl and subsequent d and c and I'm still spotting. When is this going to end?

Your situation is so heartbreaking with your due date coming up. What a painful reminder(not that you needed any)!

Yeah. I can call an advice nurse.... I will if anything gets worse. She diddo an u/s and it showed everything was out. TThat's why I don't understand why it happened! Thanks Mary NOVA!

Not TMI at all. So glad you posted. I am so, so sorry you are having to go through this, no one should have to go through something like that especially on the due date of your first precious one coming up. I agree about seeking care before Monday. I passed some large clots, about the size of a silver dollar, and when it was over and I told my NP, she said she wished I would have come in instead of waiting it out, just to be checked to ensure everything was alright. So comparatively, that is something I think your doctor would like you to seek care for even if it is to an urgent care clinic that many hospitals have now or the ER. The very thought of going into a medical setting must be very, very hard, as many of my post -loss appointments were, but please take care of you.

Thanks willsmum. I think I will call the advice nurse just to see what they say. I'm worried about infection..... something wrong.... so many thoughts going through my head!!! I will let you all know! Thanks for caring ladies! I'm so glad I have this group of wonderful strong supportive women to turn to!! Xoxoxo

So sorry to hear you are going through this. Such bad timing when the due date of your first angel is coming.
Maybe it was a bit of lining still yet to come away that was missed by the doctor. Hope the cramping is lessening now?! All the best with the doctor on Monday.

Called the advice nurse. They didn't seem too concerned but I have an appt tmrw to see the doctors. We'll see..... thanks for all the love and support! :-)
