I had a D&C so most of mine got taken out via suction, but I did have some clots that came after and then one HUGE one, freaked me out. Since you passed yours naturally, it's totally natural for it to take longer. When you need to be really worried is when there's alot of fresh blood. But of course, if it makes you feel better, by all means call your doctors office.
Like I said I had a d&c so my symptoms would be different, but I've heard other women's testimonials that they had spotting/bleeding on/off for quite a few weeks when they had a natural miscarriage.
And then again it could be your period. I have real alot of testimonials that many women waited MANY weeks/a couple months to get their period back after a miscarriage, yet I got mine only 3 weeks after the d&c.
I will call my Dr tomorrow morning. I try to calm myself as much as possible, but its hard especially when I am a hypochondriac and I have severe anxiety :0(
So I am really trying hard not to freak myself out so much.
Its hard when I tell my mom or sister, they FORTUNATELY have not gone thru this. So, they try really hard to comfort me.
Again thank you for being there. I feel alone and I feel like this is never ending. In my head, I always think the worse. But thats just in the head of a hychondriac.
I hope your OB has an AWESOME nurse like mine does, she always listens really well and answers all my questions patiently. Even the stupid ones. :)
