I was discussing my memorial tattoo I'm getting soon with a co-worker who was talking about her ex having a tattoo for her (ex is 20 supposedly, she's 16) and then she goes to tell me "Well, I haven't really told anyone this, but I had a miscarriage a couple of years ago... It was weird. It kind of fell out of me." When I started asking about it, she said "Well he was 18 or 19 or maybe 20. I was 14 or 15 and we were really excited about it until we lost it." And idk just listening to her talk about it, and not even knowing his age........... Most 18-20 year old men would NOT be excited to knock up a 14-15 year old. And it's a little more complicated than the baby just "falling out" ESPECIALLY at an early gestation... According to her they were just a couple of weeks..................... I wanted to say something about it not adding up, but she's my co-worker, a 16 year old kid, and I was in shock. I have never actually encountered someone lying about this.... And it offended me. I didn't know what to think or say..................... I mean, you don't come up to someone who has lost 4 pregnancies at an early gestation and say something like that.... :/

And let me state that I AM NOT saying this because of her age... I lost my first 2 angels when I was 18, second two at 19. I just turned 20 a month ago.... And I am very big on campaigning for the rights/support of teen parents who have gone through pregnancy or infant loss........... My husband and I admin the facebook page and the site TeenParentsofAngels.com............. this just had to do with everything not adding up...

I think that is horrible plus she couldn't even remember how old she was... smh.. some ppl just want to be apart of anything and don't realize how it makes a person feel. On the other hand she is just a kid that maybe just wanted to try and fit in with you (ridiculous)I've meet ppl that no matter what you are going through they have been through it already..Like really!!!!

Yeah I know, I just hate that that was how she chose to fit in or be a part of it. My losses are a big part of who I am and how I live my life. I'm a photographer, so I'm often around children... And my husband and I may never have kids, which hurts like hell. Yeah, we're young. We weren't trying to get pregnant with our first one... But that doesn't mean we weren't happy and didn't love that baby. We started trying after we miscarried and have since gone through it 3 more times. I've been told different things by different doctors... And we're practically looking into adopting now, it would be for a few years, because I'm not 21, he just enlisted, and we don't have a permanent place to live as of right now because he enlisted and we haven't been stationed... (won't be for about8-10 months) but we are... It isn't easy, and some people just don't get that...
