Good luck!
Now, 8 weeks later, my husband wants to go back up to Big Bear because we have always loved that place and I made the mistake of telling him I wanted to make new memories up there and I dont want it to be a place with such horrible memories attached to it, I must have been having one of my "good days" when I told him that. Now he thinks I want to go and I realllllly dont want to but I dont want to talk about it with him for some reason.
So I can sympathize with you. I remember our conversation THAT DAY about how it would be our last trip till the baby is born and then next winter we would go again and bring the baby with us.
The thing about miscarriage is it is SO inconvinient and sad all at the same time. Its such a taboo topic that should not be taboo at all. We need to be able to talk about it and keep the memory of our babies alive.
I think you need to talk to hubby about how you feel but still go on vacation with him. Quality time is very healing. Maybe you can spend some of your trip talking about the baby and maybe eventually you will have fun. You cant avoid vacations forever. Maybe dont go to the same place you were planning on. Go on a romantic couples trip. I hope we were able to help. Good luck and let us know what you decide on :)
