Miscarriage Support Group
This community is dedicated to those who have experienced the traumatizing event of a miscarriage or a stillbirth. Miscarriage remains one of the most common complication of pregnancy, but that doesn't make it easy to deal with. Join the group and find support in the company of others who know what you're going through.
I understand you completely. I had a miscarriage in late July and found out I was pregnant in late October. It's been nerve wrecking so far. When I first found I did what mmitchell is telling you not to do. I spent countless of hours online researching pregnancies after lost and statistics about them. Every time I go to the doctor I make sure I leave my work in order in case I have to be out for a couple of days (in case the doctor tells me bad news). And this is not to mention my crazy pregnancy mood swings. BUT there is a light at the end of the tunnel, I am learning little by little to take it one day at a time and I converse with God a lot at night ( I know this sounds crazy but it's helping). I also read a lot to keep my mind from obsessing about the pregnancy. It's natural for you to be terrified and nervous but after a while just learn to take it in stride. I also recommend joining another group on Daily Strength called Pregnancy After Loss/Infertility. That group has helped me a lot. I wish you the best in your pregnancy and life.
