yesterday, I decided to shop at a centre down the coast from us which I thought would be a little more 'baby safe' than the one in my area...
I was wrong, the shops were FULL of women with babies... I mean full! you couldn't look anywhere without seeing a woman with a pram, a pregnant belly or with kids. to make it worse a large majority were little girls with vacant looks playing 'dollies' with their little miracles... it was so hard to watch.
There was one moment in particular, when I saw a mother with a tiny new born, I couldn't take my eyes off them I felt like going over there and taking the baby off her just so I could hold it and feel a tiny baby against my chest. I swear I was like an addict who is strung out...
By the time I got home I had a huge headache, I wanted to sit in a corner and just curl p in a ball, I couldn't even cry, it feels like I have no tears left...
to make matters worse I had DH's cousin over for dinner with her partner... when she came in and gave me a hug, she actually started laughing!! yes laughing! I could have taken her head off!!!!!!.
I know this is probably a reaction at not having anything to say but come on!!!
it as such a sad sad day, it became so clear how cruel life can be, how no matter what, we wont get what we want

I know that pain of staring at a baby that is not mine and wanting to hold it close, pretending just for a second that it is.
You are in my heart, and I pray that this day gets better. I'm just so sorry.
