Miscarriage remains one of the most common complication of pregnancy, but that doesn't make it easy to deal with. Anger is part of the grieving process.
It does seem like pregnant women are all of a sudden everywhere. I can't imagine having to deal with 3 pregnant co-workers. Are they aware of your loss? Do you feel comfortable asking them to tone it down around you for a little while? These are just suggestions. I understand you have to make the best decision for yourself.
My husband and I just started having sex again this past weekend and it is a little wierd. We used a condom both times because it's only been 3 weeks since my d&c and I want to to wait until my body is ready before we try again.
Your hormones and emotions are all over the place right now. You are allowed to cry whenever you need to.
