Hi everyone :)
I had my first miscarriage four months ago and I still think about it every day. Literally. I don't feel as upset or angry as I used to that it has happened, but it still plagues my thoughts daily and I feel fed up that it won't shift.
My husband is amazing but I don't want to drag him down always talking about it. My Mum is my absolute best friend and usually she is the most supportive person in the world but the miscarriage hit her hard too so she always mentions how it is making her feeling which just makes me feel worse. My closest friends simply don't understand. They talk about people they know getting pregnant and having babies, completely oblivious to the fact of how it might make me feel like my heart is breaking all over again. If I ever mention how I'm feeling, they say all of the typical cliches and it just doesn't help.
I feel like I have grieved for my loss, accepted it has happened and my husband and I are ready to move on and try to conceive again, I just feel completely lost. I don't know how to stop the feeling of missing being pregnant, wanting to be pregnant again, seeing others pregnant and with new borns bringing me down every day. It's not me!
Sorry for the almost rant. I'm really hoping to find solace here as I don't seem to find it anywhere else x
