I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. sorry for your loss.
My daughter is now 27 weeks pregnant and i have been an emotional wreck. I thought i would be better after she hit 17 weeks but i'm not. She has been telling me how much she is moving and it makes my heart flutter every time thinking about what can happen. Of course i have not mentioned any of this to her.
