Miscarriage Support Group
This community is dedicated to those who have experienced the traumatizing event of a miscarriage or a stillbirth. Miscarriage remains one of the most common complication of pregnancy, but that doesn't make it easy to deal with. Join the group and find support in the company of others who know what you're going through.
I am sure that the person who wrote this has nothing going for them and is an insecure nastly piece of work and most likely has no one who loves them.
That said... a slap over their mouth would not go astray, but we cant let people like this have affect on our lives. They probably have no idea what we have gone through and they do not deserve our time.
I know what you mean. I searched Miscarriage on face book to try & find a support group and it brough a group called ''If you think Miscarriage is bad, try losing a football'' it really annoyed me that people can be so pathetic.
But after the last few weeks, i've given up caring. I've spent the last 6 weeks weeks trying to behave how other people want me to and it finally came crashing down around me Friday. Screw them!!! Act how you want to act, feel what you need to feel, this is YOUR loss not theirs!! it's not worth letting them add to your pain.
In regards to your tattoo, i had one done monday, my own design, it is on my photos. I can do a few designs for you if you know where you want it or what type of thing you want e.g. an angel or grace's name just message me xxx
Some people no matter what are going to be stupid and insensitive. There are racist, ignorant people in this world. Unfortunately, there are going to be people with stupid nasty opinions about everything, including things like this. I'm sorry you had to see a post like that.

I wonder what was the point in that message?? It makes me wonder if either that person has an emotional or mental issue, or if its a very young or just very immiture individual that's in a bad spot.
I hope you do get a tatto in rememberence and I hope you love it and each time you look at it you smile and feel peaceful.
I wish you health and happiness
They also show they do not understand that women are affected mentally and hormonally by both miscarriages and abortions. Why else would they offer counseling for post-surgeries for those who made a choice? Trying to say it doesn't matter either way just proves their immaturity.
Regardless of spiritual beliefs, that kind of drastic change to the body is HARD on the woman. I don't care how many try to bury it. That is just plain medical fact. We feel the loss. So do not think it means nothing, ever! We lost our children. It matters.
Do not think choice or no choice changes the value of your grief. It does not. You know as well as I do, we would have fought a war to keep our children if we had the means to change everything down to the smallest atom, rewrite time, whatever we had to do.
So I agree with the general group stating that you ignore them. They don't know Jack or Zip or Fudge.
Furthermore, looking for tattoo ideas help if you go to online tattoo sites to get an idea and print the favs out or trace them, something, to help make your own. The best and most important thing about any tattoo is that it is important and personal. Not just something trendy. Drives me nuts when people do it to be in the 'in crowd.'
Best way to figure what to have for the tattoo is to go with the images you get that seem to fit what your senses picked up about your child. I know, sounds kooky, but I'm serious. :)
Just as I saw something in clay or have been drawn to certain colors when I think of my kids, I'm sure you are having similar impulses. I am a firm when I say this - I know our kids are trying to help us know them and move forward. It is like getting a cherub of a guardian angel. We pick up smells, images, feelings when we think of them. I consider this healthy and normal for it has always helped me feel good when I think of them.
I wish you the best of luck in figuring this out. The tattoo sounds like a good idea since you are drawn to it. And to heck with the idiots who spout off. I think if more of us wore our hearts on our sleeves about who we love even after having lost, the world would be a bit better in handling such a strong subject. It takes a strong woman to do this. You have me rooting for you. *hugs*
I agree with these ladies; don't listen to what that person typed. What some people don't get is that we made that decision to keep our babies and they were taken away. We had already loved them and they were gone. I have talked to women who had to make that decision and chose to abort due to situations they were in and they were still very affected. Just because a woman chooses to terminate doesn't make her heartless.
As for a tattoo...I agree. It has to be personal. I called my baby peanut and while I have a peanut charm necklace I wanted something that I couldn't ever be without. I found an angel peanut design and brought it to an artist who altered it just a little and I love it. It's on my left shoulder blade. I have a picture in my pictures section. My best friend got a tattoo the same day to honor her grandmother who died last year. She went in with a simple outlined design of a lily and the artist was able to have some creative license with it and it came out amazing. It's the size of a full sheet of paper, but she's in love with it.
Find something that reaches out to you.
