what to do? this is what worked for me: a bad attitude is not going to increase the odds of my pregnancy surviving. and what's done is done. nothing to change now except committing yourself to a positive outlook in hopes that things will work out.
(don't bother checking my journal, next pregnancy failed d/t chromosomal abnormality) (...not due to "getting pregnant too early")
i found that it's worthless to direct your thoughts backward to what you feel might have been a mistake. direct them toward something that may or may not help: vitamins daily, rest when you can, get plenty to drink, smile when possible, gather your strength in case the bleeding does mean something bad. but blaming yourself is a waste of your energy.
my thoughts are with you and i am hoping for the best. sending some strength and resolve your way.
