I finally told him. a week and a half after I started bleeding... He was asking why AF was still back in town and what I meant by "i had a better gift lined up for v-day but it fell thru"

I explained when we conceived... How when I was 2 weeks late, I took a positive test... but two days later it was gone... he was silent. then he hugged me... I was almost scared by his silence... I asked him if he had any questions, concerns... He said no, and was curious as to why I was scared to tell him.

I explained how sad it made me and I didn't want him to be sad too. I told him how perfect I imagined our lives being and that the picture crumbled when after a week of bleeding I took a negative test. His response was amazing. "But why can't we still be perfect? I'm not going anywhere baby."

It gave me a lot of hope. I needed to hear it from him and have him understand before the healing can begin. I'm sooo grateful for him now. not a bad end to what I thought would be the worst valentine's day ever. :)
