Leona Lewis's version of Run originally by Snow patrol did it for me. I must have played that song a hundred times over and over, sobbed and sobbed and sobbed some more but it helped get it out. Hope it helps

If any of you guys are into country.... I have been listening to the new John Rich song, Rescue Me. Its really good, and of course has been making me cry, but it has a good message.

I am not into christian rock but this song by Mercy Me called "Homesick" just spoke to me. There is another one by Enya, but I can't think of the name. I know music has helped me a lot.
