post migraine symptoms help

I get an aura the wavy lines and stuff but get no headache but for 1 or 2 days after i feel dizzy with head symptoms and feel down depressed type of feeling any suggestions i need help thanks

Not sure. I get the same migraine "hangover" after the headache goes away. Sleep helps. Taking an excedrin for migraines might help as well.

they're called "silent migraines". sometimes you get the aura and all the indicators there is a migrane coming and the pain doesn't ever come. you still get all the after affects, because technically you did have a migraine, your brain went through the motions, it was just a silent/painles one.
there is a lot of information on the different types of migraines (there are tons of them) through diamond headache clinic, the cleveland clinic, migraine.com, and mychronicmigraine.com. ask your doctor, too, they should provide you with lots of education and resources all about migraines so you are fully prepared to battle this thing!!

If your migraines were different and then suddenly changed to this, let your doctor know. It's always good to let your doctor know of changes. Good luck.

I agree with astimegoesby if this is a change for you CALL YOUR DOCTOR. Sudden changes in Migraines need to be addressed. I got into trouble and ended up in the hospital with a migraine at a 12 for 26 days after ignoring the fact the previous meds were not working and the frequency went from once very couple of months to once a onth to once a week to a couple times a week.
