Migraine Headaches Support Group
Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.
I did Physical therapy and it would leave me a little sore, but never in more pain than when I started. Please, be careful your therapist is not pushing too hard.
You may want to consider taking a muscle relaxer. I take Amrix in the evening, (in case of sleepiness), I sure can tell the next morning if I accidently missed a dose, my neck is a mess!
Warm hugs and vent anytime!
