Migraine Headaches Support Group
Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.
You have been such a great help to me in explaining food issues that effect migraine that I hate to see you not feeling well. I often wonder - what is worse, the migraine or the meds to kill it?
I don't even feel like I am spacey but I must be because my family can always tell when they talk to me on the phone that I had/have a migraine.
Kudos to you for being able to work. I don't know how I can go back to work.
