I've suffered all my life with migraine headaches. I can't remember not gettting them. If I didn't sleep enough, slept too deep, didn't eat, etc.. A friend of mine advised me to increase my immune system, basically change your health, change your life. I started a natural supplement and have seen a dramatic change in my frequency of migraines. I went from about 2-3 per month........to 2-3 per year. I still get them, but not nearly as often. It really can be that simple.

I've called off more days that i can count and i'm so sick of hearing people talk behind my back that "i just want another day off," or oh, "it's a migraine". I really don't know how to do an eight to ten hour shift with constant walking, jogging, bending, stooping, lifting, vaccuming, and mopping. i feel so useless. It's really adding to my depression and i feel like a total failure.
