Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.
got this at the local mall. it's an herbal eye mask for headaches. relief is temporary, but it helps. stick this baby in the freezer for a few minutes, then take meds and lay down. it's awesome!
it's kinda expensive bc the company is outside the us, but it's worth it. hopefully, nature creation will expand its small kiask and eventually have stores everywhere. that would be wonderful.
