Migraine Headaches Support Group
Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.
My wife watches it but I've never seen it. She's got in on right now and I sat down with her briefly just before the show came on. Then on comes loud crazy Into with all kinds of blinking and flashing. I'm 'outta there, that stuff is a real hazard for me.
Harder are the lights in stores these days. I can spend only a few minutes in most stores before I begin to feel woozy and start to sweat and fear the migraine.
Anxiety is the double side of the sword of migraine.
And, stores, why do stores have to be so bright!?! I feel funny wearing my sunglasses inside but it's better than suffering later with a migraine.
