Migraine Headaches Support Group
Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.
All the posts in the group are so serious. Never any fun. Well, today is my birthday, so even if you have celiac disease, everyone gets a piece of cyber birthday cake, as big a piece as you want. It's red velvet with cream cheese icing (my FAVORITE). Accompanied with coffee, tea, wine, or whiskey if you like :)
Oh, and the best part is that this cake has zero calories, and the flour won't bother your stomach. Isn't that great??!! AND.....it won't trigger a migraine, very important. In fact, I think this cake will take a migraine away.

Hope your day was super fabulous!
By the way, it was 93 degrees here and only 27% humidity. I had to stay in the house all day, so a migraine wouldn't be triggered. Hot weather is my enemy!
