Migraine Headaches Support Group
Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.
I still eat sugar -- just can't seem to break that habit. :-(
I also exercise 45 min. everyday. I've had migraines for 60 years, but have finally gained some management over the triggers, and thus reduced the frequency.
Everyone's migraines are different. Thanks for your tips though.
I am on the fence about the exercise one...A full blown one...no way...but one with just the twinges, I am willing to give it the old college try.
I am glad to see someone else who feels that the weather serves as a big trigger....
