I finally met with a headache specialist and thought he would be the typical doctor, prescribing pharmaceuticals with horrible side effects but he offered the herb Boswellia and said it has good results for a lot of people. It should arrive this week so I will let you all know.

I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car. I think it's the only time I spend reflecting. Chronic tiredness from Long Covid plus the immunosupressing meds for my Crohn's is slowing me down but everything just seems a massive effort. Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

Definitely give it a try and see how it works for you. I'd rather take something natural than chemical if it actually worked. Let us know what type of results you get. I've never heard of this herb used for migraines before, so I'd be very interested. Good luck to you!!
A study done in Canada (I think) showed that 40% of the supplements tested did not contain any of the claimed ingredient. But they found alot of other plants which were clearly arable filed weeds, including Senna (which you get senna pods from) so it is literally as she says "a crap shoot". It seems this stuff was being harvested outside of the US or Europe - it seemed to be North Africa or Asia - so bear in mind arable weeds in those places include things like Datura.
There is also the question of what the filler in the capsules / tablets are - amazingly the most toxic materials have been used in those countries rather than what would appear to be the most obvious, cheap and benign materials.
So you really don't know what you are getting.
