Migraine Headaches Support Group
Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.
So what to do. Sometimes you just can't stop them from happening. But you can slow down the pace of your walk. Instead of a very fast walk where you are sweating, take it down a notch. Or, walk slow for a period, then rev up for two minutes, then slow down again. Just keep doing that.
Also, have PLENTY of water on hand. When I was doing the treadmill for an hour, I had at least 50 oz of water on hand, and I drank all of it. After, take a nice relaxing shower. If you still have a headache after all of that, eat something. Hopefully, that should help you out a bit.
I would tell your doctor what is happening.
