Migraine Headaches Support Group
Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.
I hope this helps! I realize this is a late post.
Have things gotten better for you?
How many days a week are you taking pain meds? If you take the pain meds for too long you could risk getting a medication rebound headache which is not fun. Definitely talk to your doctor if this is new, or if you are still not feeling better. If you have a migraine for over 72 hours you DEFINITELY should see a doc. Similar to BNB1980 I suffer from chronic migraines so I have them everyday.
I hope you feel better soon!
