Menopause Support Group

It normally occurs in women between the ages of 45 and 55, when the body begins to slow and stop the production of eggs, estrogen and progesterone production decreases, and menstruation diminishes, eventually stopping altogether.

I check in at least once a month...I think responses depend upon what your post is about...
Welcome back, you're not alone
Oh, I forgot the menopot! A blob of fat around my belly button that won't go away no matter what I do. I lost 15 lbs & the muscles under the menopot are strong.
Oh, well. At least I know that the hormones fluctuations are to blame.
Hope everyone is well:-)
I have that thing where my skin feels like its been burned too! I have MCTD and I figured it was related to it. Also I believe my "menopot" has set up residence on my body for the duration. I eat healthy and walk daily but it hasn't budged.
I just joined this group a couple of weeks ago and have not been very active in responding to people. I'm still trying to navigate my way through the site. Anyway I hope to get into responding more to the other members and get some feedback as well.
I recently found out that vertigo & tinnitus can be a perimenopausal/ menopausal symptom.
Oh joy.
Hang in there everyone.
