Does any body else have weird breast pain, kinda of like a burning or sharp stabbing pain that really hurts...it does not last that long just a minute if that but boy it really gets my attention.

No I haven't I feel like Im carrying bricks on my chest heavy as those sharp pains must be annoying ouch.Sandy

Hi Sandy thanks for your reply I have that same feeling too with the chest. I should better describe the sensation as a rubber band snapping or a zapping feeling inside my breast, not good that's for sure. Okay my friend talk to you later. Vicki.

That's indicative of hormone imbalance. You may swell up and then may go down. At post menopausal, that all stops and I found my breasts shrunk. when I went on HRT, they swelled up again like a 16 year old

Hi saltcandy, so did you swell up after you went on HRT and are you through with your periods now? This sure is the worst! I already have most of the symptoms I really did not need another one. I know sounds like i'm wining. I'm trying to stay strong but this crap is just the worse. I hope you at least don't have periods since you sound like your still having other issues!!.

No I haven't had a period for probably about 2 years. The swelling for the monthly was completely gone. I had no pain but when I started HRT everything came back. The swelling and pain. I have fibrocystic disease so I've been through the wringer with mammograms and biopsies. I had the same lump biopsied 2x!

HRT does make some swelling in lots of women but not all. I guess it depends on the person. Also vaginal discharge (mucus) came back too so I called my doctor and she said it's all very normal when taking estrogen. Ugh! History repeats itself
