Menopause Support Group
Menopause is the physiological cessation of menstrual cycles associated with advancing age. It normally occurs in women between the ages of 45 and 55, when the body begins to slow and stop the production of eggs, estrogen and progesterone production decreases, and menstruation diminishes, eventually stopping altogether.
I was never on Prempro, but on Remifemin(black Cohosh)I felt graet the whole time I was on it, then I developed Rheumatoid Arthritis and b/c I was put on Chemo I thought I'd stop the Remifemin b/c both drugs are hard on the liver so I went on BioIdentiacal Estrogen and Progesterone. I am no longer on the Chemo and I am back with Remifemin. I finally can sleep through the night or at least just get up once. I also take Dr. lees Progesterone Cream 2x a day.
