Menopause Support Group
Menopause is the physiological cessation of menstrual cycles associated with advancing age. It normally occurs in women between the ages of 45 and 55, when the body begins to slow and stop the production of eggs, estrogen and progesterone production decreases, and menstruation diminishes, eventually stopping altogether.
It must be very tiring for you, and to have a seizure on top. My dear old Dad used to have some sort of seizures, one minute he would be fine, then he would just stand there blank as anything, sometimes he would talk, but would not make sense, never did find out what the cause was.
I hope by the time you read this, you are feeling better.
I am feeling better now, just kinda tired. I am still at work so have to keep going even though I would love to just lay down and watch tv for the rest of the day.

For Tiffani above - I related so much to when you wrote that "Panic attacks are the bane of my existence"....that was true for me, as well, for decades of my life...since taking Klonopin, this medication has wiped-out the attacks...would you consider using Klonopin instead of Xanax? I know a lot of people prefer Xanax because it can be taken "as needed", but taking Klonopin on a regular basis seems to provide enough of a buffer to keep those panic demons at bay.
I'm only writing this because I know how very much a person can suffer from panic attacks, and I will tell anyone I can who has panic disorder about Klonopin, because it helped me so much (although I realize it is not for everyone...)
Best wishes,
Janet
